Forward Success (Not running Summer 2021)

Forward Success is a summer program that provides youth the opportunity to engage in an immersive experience that focuses on identity and life skill development.

The goal of the program is to  create awareness about education, and career opportunities after high school. The program aims to reach 10th graders with marginalized identities, with the intention to inspire them to become self advocates for their future success. 

Target Population

  • 10th grade students 
  • Marginalized Identities–included but not limited to the following:
    • Multicultural 
    • Low income students
    • First generation students

Do you know a student who would benefit from this program? Nominate them! Nominations are open to local high schools, and to members of the community.

Students who are interested in this opportunity can self nominate.

Internship Information

The Forward Success Program Intern, serves as a support staff member for the development, implementation and evaluation of programs at The Good Fight. The role works closely with youth in both group and individual capacities.
 
The role may function in a designated capacity serving a specific program or in a general function to meet the goals of the organization at large.
